摘  要:对TFYD系列同步电机磁极冲片成形方案进行了比较分析,采用整体复合冲压方案,使用一副模具将工件一次冲成形。减少了冲制工序,减少了操作工人数量和操作流程,提高了效率,降低了成本。特别是冲片冲制不需要经过几次定位,消除了累积误差,质量可靠。为工艺强度不好、形状复杂的电机冲片的模具设计提供了借鉴。The stamping schemes of stator pole lamination of TFYD series motor are compared and analyzed.The integral compound stamping scheme is adopted,and the workpiece is punched once by a pair of die.The punching process is reduced,the number of operators and operation process are reduced,the efficiency is improved and the cost is reduced.In particular,there is no need to go through several times of positioning during punching process,which can eliminate the cumulative error,and improve the quality reliability.This work provides a reference for the die design of motor pole lamination with poor process strength and complex shape.
