摘　　要：上、下半壳套的原工艺是往模具里面装入数百片圆柱嵌件,模具上端内孔装入上芯、上芯套,用手锤振动敲击模具芯子使上芯、上芯套与模具上端面齐平,效率特别低。研究设计了一种均匀振动物料装置,往模具里面装入多圆柱嵌件后,用压紧装置压紧芯子组件,振动装置自动振动敲击模具,使嵌件到位,创新成效显著。The original process of the upper and lower half shell sleeve is to put hundreds of cylindrical inserts into the mold,put the upper core and upper core and upper core sleeve into he inner hole of the upper end of the mold,and strike the mold core with a hammer to make the upper core and upper core sleeve flush with the upper end face of the mold,which is especially inefficient.A kind of uniform vibrating material device is designed.After the multi cylinder inserts are loaded into the mold,the core components are compressed by the compression device.The vibration device automatically vibuates and strikes the mold to make the inserts in place,the innovation effect is remarkable.
