摘  要:限流阀是高压共轨系统在喷油器卡滞或管路泄漏故障时的压力保护器件,在喷油量或泄漏速度较大时能切断燃油流动。针对限流阀与喷油器进行了匹配计算,通过对物理模型与计算过程的简化处理,导出了限流阀阀芯位移与运动周期计算式,并通过试验测试验证了计算式具有足够的精度。给出了限流阀工作时阀芯3种关闭情况的设计判断依据,绘制了与喷油器特性的匹配图。在应用此结果时,依据喷油器油量与持续期的测试数据,可对限流阀结构参数与喷油器的匹配进行精确的设计。The flow-limiting valve is a pressure protection device for the case that the injector is stuck or the pipeline leaks in the high-pressure common rail system,which can cut off the fuel flow when the fuel injection volume or leakage rate is large.The match and calculation of flow-limiting valve and injector were conducted,the calculation formula of spool displacement and movement period were derived through the simplified processing of physical model and the calculation process,and the calculation accuracy of formula was verified through the tests.The judgment references were determined for three close cases of working flow-limiting valve and the matching curve with the characteristics of injector was drawn.The matching of the structure parameters of flow-limiting valve and the injector could be accurately designed according to the injection volume and duration based on the results.
