摘 要:目前对钙钛矿太阳能电池所建立的模型,许多都由于某些局限性而忽略了一些物理因素,并且大部分模型都是数值模拟的。因此,本文提出了一种考虑多种物理效应的钙钛矿太阳能电池的半解析模型,该模型基于解一个修正过的漂移扩散方程,使用费米-狄拉克分布研究载流子浓度;考虑了波长分布对入射光的影响,将光生载流子表示成关于坐标的函数;采用Pasveer等的迁移率模型μ(T,p,F),提出了一个统一的电场强度函数。该模型针对文献中报道的4类钙钛矿太阳能电池进行了系统验证,实验数据与模型拟合较好,验证了该模型的准确性;此外还找到了限制电池性能的可能原因。该模型的验证,结合其他测量技术,为表征、优化和筛选钙钛矿太阳能电池提供了一种简单且互补的方法。The current perovskite solar cells models ignored some physical factors due to certain limitations,and most of which were numerical simulations.Therefore,in this article,we proposed a semi-analytical model for the perovskite solar cells based on multiple physical effects.The model is based on solving a modified drift-diffusion equation,which used Fermi-Dirac distribution to study the carrier concentration;the influence of wavelength distribution on incident light was taken into consideration,the photo generated carriers was expressed as a function of the coordinates.The mobility model of Pasveer μ(T,p,F)was used and a unified electric field intensity function was introduced.This model has been systematically verified in the four types of perovskite solar cells reported in the literature,and the experimental data fits the model well.Therefore the accuracy of the model has been verified.In addition,the possible limitation reasons of the battery performance were analyzed.Combined with other measurement techniques,this model provides a simple and complementary method for characterizing,optimizing and screening perovskite solar cells.
