摘 要:被动房旨在通过被动式技术和主动式技术的结合,在满足其舒适性需求的基础上可最大程度地降低其供暖供冷需求和能源消耗。现有研究多针对其设计和规划阶段,采用模拟方法进行,而针对各类技术实际运行效果的研究还非常少。为研究被动房过渡季节自然通风下的热环境响应特性以及明确被动式技术对其室内热舒适性的影响,以中原地区某被动式超低能耗示范项目为研究对象,通过日间纯自然通风和夜间自然通风预冷工况的多参数实测分析,获得了不同特征房间在不同工况下的热环境差异和热舒适差异,从而为中原地区被动房过渡季的工况调控提供参考。Passive houses are designed to reduce heating and cooling requirements and energy consumption to the greatest extent while meeting their comfort requirements through a combination of passive and active technologies. Most of the existing researches focus on the design and planning stage and adopt the simulation method, but there is a lack of research on the actual operation effect of various technologies. In order to study the passive thermal environment under the natural ventilation room transitional season response characteristics and understand the passive technology influence on the indoor thermal comfort, taking a passive ultra-low power consumption in the central plains demonstration project as the research object, through the pure natural ventilation in the day and night working condition of natural ventilation precooling multi-parameter measurement analysis, this paper obtained thermal environment and thermal comfort differences under different working conditions in different characteristics, providing reference for the condition control of passive house in central plains.
