摘  要:以国家GB/T51350—2019《近零能耗建筑技术标准》附录A能耗计算方法参照建筑参数设置规定为分析对象,从建筑窗墙面积比、空调系统形式、空调系统机组选型、空调输送设备能效参数等方面进行分析,指出目前标准中附录A能耗计算方法参照建筑能耗计算相关参数设置规定的不足。在编制深圳市《超低能耗建筑技术导则》过程中,结合深圳当地实际情况以及作者自身能耗计算工程实践经验,对《近零能耗建筑技术标准》附录A能耗计算方法提出了深化修改建议,形成了一套适合深圳地区超低能耗建筑节能率评估的能耗计算方法体系。对重点修改部分做了简单介绍,罗列了窗墙面积比、空调系统形式、空调系统机组选型、空调输送能效比等参数的补充修改建议,细化了深圳地区超低能耗建筑能耗计算方法要求,也可为夏热冬暖地区其他城市执行超低能耗节能率计算分析时提供参考。This Paper takes baseline building parameter setting regulations in Appendix A-energy consumption calculation method of the "Technical Standards for Nearly Zero Energy Building"(GB/T51350—2019) as the analysis object, lists some parameters setting deficiency of baseline building in the National Technical Standards from building window to wall area, air condition system type, HVAC chiller plant sizing and distribution devices energy related parameters. Some revised suggestions are proposed for "Shenzhen ultra energy building energy calculation methods" based on local situation and experience of author, which forms a set of energy consumption calculation methods for Shenzhen ultra low energy building evaluations. This paper puts an emphasis on the key revised points, lists the revised suggestion of window to wall area, air condition system type, HVAC chiller plant sizing and distribution devices energy related parameters, which make up the defects of ultra energy building energy consumption calculation methods in Shenzhen, and also can be as an reference for other cities in hot summer and warm winter area.
