摘 要:非组合式带针式连接件的混凝土夹心保温墙板外叶不受力,受力内叶往往较厚。有限元分析表明,在混凝土夹心墙板中增设混凝土实心区域可大大提高内外叶组合作用,降低墙体厚度,改善墙板受力性能。针对混凝土实心区域的热桥效应,提出了满足不同地区建筑节能要求的混凝土夹心墙板最大热桥比,并根据不同地区带实心区域混凝土夹心墙板的结露分析,提出了这种墙板的适用条件和范围。The outer leaf of non combined concrete sandwich wall panel with pin connector cannot be stressed, and the inner leaf is often thicker. The finite element analysis shows that adding concrete solid area in the concrete sandwich wall panel can greatly improve the combination effect of inner and outer leaves, reducing the wall thickness and improving the mechanical performance of the wall panel. According to the heat bridge effect of concrete solid area, the maximum heat bridge ratio of concrete sandwich wall panel to meet the requirements of building energy conservation in different areas is proposed. According to the condensation analysis of concrete sandwich wall panel with solid area in different areas, the applicable conditions and scope of this wall panel are proposed.
