摘  要:近年来,随着城市经济增长和产业结构的调整,原有工厂大量搬迁至郊区,城市老工业区因此逐渐处于闲置或废弃状态,面临着改造再利用的问题。工业区的绿色化改造对延续历史文脉、节约生态资源、促进经济发展等具有重要作用。以济南钢铁焦化厂为研究对象,通过调研分析发现该厂区目前存在空间布局杂乱、生态环境污染严重、建筑热工性能差等问题,结合绿色化改造的理念,提出厂区规划布局优化、生态环境提升、现存建筑改造等技术策略,利用绿色、可持续的技术手段,对厂区内部的现有资源进行重新整合,使其能保持长久的生命力,适应不断发展的城市需求,以期实现城市绿色可持续发展的目标。In recent years, with the change of urban economic and industrial structure, a large number of original factories were relocated to the suburbs, so the traditional urban industrial areas were gradually left idle or abandoned and facing the problem of transformation and reuse. The green transformation of industrial area plays an important role in the continuation of historical context, saving ecological resources and promoting economic development. Taking the Coking plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Factory as an example, through the on-the-spot investigation, this paper finds that there are some problems such as spatial layout clutter, serious ecological pollution and poor thermal performance of buildings. Combined with the concept of green transformation, it puts forward plant planning and layout adjustment, ecological environment optimization, retrofitting of existing buildings and other strategies for the green transformation of traditional industrial area. By using green and sustainable technology, the existing resources inside the factory will be reintegrated, so that it can maintain long-term vitality and adapt to the sustainable developing needs of the city.
