摘　　要：畜禽线虫病是由线形动物门中多种线虫引起的一类寄生虫病,给养殖业带来了严重的经济损失。长久以来,采用化学药物驱虫进行防治产生的耐药性、环境污染及动物源性食品药物残留等问题愈发严重,迫切需要寻找能替代化学药物驱虫的防治手段。利用捕食线虫性真菌进行动物寄生性线虫的生物防治对建立可持续发展战略和无公害农业具有重要意义。通过综述捕食线虫性真菌的捕食活性、捕食器形成、真菌基因组学及相关捕食机制到应用模式的研究现状,以期为捕食线虫性真菌的后续深入研究和应用提供参考。Nematodiasis of livestock and poultry is a kind of parasitic disease caused by many kinds of nematodes in Nematoda,which brings serious economic losses to the breeding industry.For a long time,the problems of drug resistance,environmental pollution and drug residues in animal derived food caused by chemical drug control have become more and more serious,so it is urgent to find alternative control methods.Biocontrol of animal parasitic nematodes by nematode trapping-fungi is of great significance for the establishment of sustainable development strategy and pollution-free agriculture.In order to provide reference for further research and application of nematode trapping-fungi,this paper reviewed the research status of the predatory activity,predator formation,fungal genomics and related predatory mechanism and application mode of nematode trapping-fungi.
