摘  要:可变速抽蓄机组运行工况多,工况转换频繁,转换过程复杂,合理的工况转换控制对于机组安全稳定运行至关重要。然而,与常规抽蓄机组不同,可变速机组受调速器和变流器共同的控制。调速器控制的导叶-水泵水轮机系统相对缓慢的机械转矩响应与变流器快速的电磁转矩响应之间的不匹配,导致工况转换控制更加困难。为此,提出了柔性工况转换控制策略。通过协调调速器和变流器,使可变速机组安全、快速而又柔和地实现工况转换,并且各转换阶段间衔接平滑。首先,建立了机组的简化机电暂态模型;其次,针对工况转换不同阶段的特点和控制目标,分别提出了相应的协调控制策略,包括柔性自启动、切入控制、稳态运行和切出控制等;最后,仿真和实验结果验证了所提策略的有效性。A variable speed pumped storage unit(VSPS)has several operating modes and it needs to convert frequently between these modes,but the conversion processes are complex.Reasonable mode conversion control is critical to the safe and stable operation of the unit.However,unlike conventional units,VSPS is controlled by both the speed governor and the converter.The mismatch between the relatively slow mechanical torque responses of the guide vane-pump turbine system which controlled by speed governor and the fast electromagnetic torque responses of converter makes the conversion more difficult.To this end,a soft mode conversion strategy was proposed.By coordinating the speed governor and converter,the unit is enabled to transit safely,quickly and gently,and the transition between stages is smooth.Firstly,a simplified electromechanical transient model of VSPS was established;secondly,corresponding coordinated control strategies were proposed respectively according to the characteristics and control objectives at different stages,which are soft self-starting,cut-in control,steady state operation and cut-out control;finally,simulation and experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
