摘 要:逆Preisach磁滞模型在磁性材料磁滞特性模拟及其损耗计算中具有重要作用,而其分布函数的准确快速辨识是该模型成功应用于实际工程的关键。传统均匀单元离散法常用于确定逆Preisach模型分布函数,但该方法在模拟低磁密下的磁滞特性时,其精度不高。针对该问题,该文提出相对敏感度的概念,即在不同磁场强度下的磁滞回线面积的小干扰波动程度,进行不同磁密下逆Preisach模型的相对敏感度分析,发现逆Preisach磁滞模型在低磁密时的敏感度较高,因而需要在该区间强化分布函数的辨识。为此,该文提出一种提取逆Preisach磁滞模型分布函数的非均匀单元离散法,其相较于传统均匀单元离散法,不需要更多的实测磁滞回线数据,且降低了分布函数矩阵的计算量。实验及仿真结果表明,相比于传统方法,该文所提方法辨识逆Preisach模型分布函数的精度较高,求解速度较快。To accurately and rapidly identify inverse distribution function is crucial for the application of the inverse Preisach model in practical engineering,which is of great significance to the simulation of hysteresis characteristics and loss calculation of magnetic materials.However,the traditional uniform discretization method usually used for identifying inverse distribution function shows low accuracy at low magnetic density.Aiming at this problem,the relative sensitivity was proposed in this paper,i.e.,the degree of small disturbance fluctuations of the hysteresis loop area under different magnetic field.It was found that the inverse Preisach model had higher sensitivity at lower magnetic densities,as the relative sensitivity analysis of the inverse Preisach model under different magnetic densities performed in this paper.Therefore,in the above interval,the identification of the distribution function needed to be strengthened.To this end,this paper proposed an improved non-uniform element discretization method to extract the distribution function of the inverse Preisach model.Compared with the traditional method,the improved method reduced the calculation of distribution function matrix without additional measured centered loops.The experimental and simulation results show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed method has higher accuracy and faster solution speed for identifying inverse distribution function.
