摘  要:目的优化复方红景参丸的提取工艺。方法以常压耐缺氧小鼠、急性脑缺血性缺氧小鼠的存活时间为评价指标,对复方红景参丸的3条工艺路线进行药效学筛选。针对筛选出的工艺路线,以红景天苷、总多糖的含量以及干膏率为评价指标,以料液比、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取次数等为考察因素,采用单因素试验和响应面法优化红景天、麦冬、石斛3味饮片的最佳提取工艺。结果优选出的复方红景参丸的最佳提取工艺为人参、丹参粉碎成细粉备用;红景天、麦冬、石斛加水浸泡60 min,料液比1∶18,煎煮时间85 min,煎煮2次。结论获得了复方红景参丸的最佳提取工艺,为将其开发成具有提高耐缺氧耐受力的保健品提供了实验依据与技术支撑。Objective To optimize the extraction process for compound Hongjingshen Pill.Methods The survival time of normobaric hypoxia-tolerant mice and acute cerebral ischemic-hypoxic mice was used as an assess⁃ment index to perform the pharmacodynamic screening among three process routes for compound Hongjingshen Pill.For the selected process route,taking the content of salidroside and total polysaccharides and dry extract yield as as⁃sessment indices,and the solid/liquid ratio,soaking time,extraction time,and extraction times as the factors to consider,single-factor experiments and response surface methodology(RSM)were used to optimize the water ex⁃traction process for three decoction pieces:Rhodiola rosea,Ophiopogon japonicus,and Dendrobium nobile.Results The optimal extraction process for compound Hongjingshen Pill was as follows:Crush Panax ginseng and Salvia miltiorrhiza into powder for later use;soak Rhodiola rosea,Ophiopogon japonicus,and Dendrobium nobile in water for 60 minutes;decoct the ingredients twice with a solid/liquid ratio of 1:18 and a decoction time of 85 min.Conclusion The optimal extraction process of compound Hongjingshen Pill was obtained,which provides an experimental basis and technical support for its development as an healthcare product for improving hypoxia tolerance.
