摘　　要：自身免疫性脑炎主要表现为急性或亚急性记忆障碍、精神行为异常及癫痫发作。2016年Lancet Neurolgy发表的自身免疫性脑炎临床诊断标准及排除标准及2017年中华医学会神经病学分会发布的《中国自身免疫性脑炎诊治专家共识》为我国自身免疫性脑炎规范化诊疗提供了重要参考。本文就临床常见的自身免疫性脑炎类型及近些年新发现的自身免疫性脑炎抗体相关综合征的临床特征作一总结,为自身免疫性脑炎的诊断提供思路。The clinical manifestations of autoimmune encephalitis(AE)consist of acute or sub-acute memory loss,mental-behavior disorders and seizures.Clinical diagnostic criteria for AE,published by Lancet Neurology in 2016,and Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese Autoimmune Encephalitis in 2017 are of great importance for the standardized diagnosis and treatment.In this article,we will review the common types of AE and the clinical features of the newly-found AE antibodies related syndromes.
