摘  要:以“勇士808”号番茄为试材,采用阳离子(Na^(+)、K^(+)、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+))和阴离子(CO_(3)^(2-)、HCO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-))正交设计实验,研究了土壤中盐分离子对番茄植株根、茎、叶钙离子吸收的影响,以期揭示滨海盐碱地番茄生理缺钙机理。结果表明:阳离子中Na^(+)与番茄植株根、茎、叶中钙含量均呈负相关,且影响显著,低浓度的Na^(+)有利于根部从土壤中吸收Ca^(2+);K^(+)与番茄植株各器官中钙含量呈负相关,而Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)则与番茄植株各器官中钙含量呈正相关。阴离子中CO_(3)^(2-)与番茄植株根、茎、叶的钙含量均呈负相关,且影响显著;其余阴离子对植株钙含量影响不显著。Taking ‘Warrior 808’tomato as test material,orthogonal experiments were conducted with cations(Na^(+),K^(+),Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+))and anions(CO_(3)^(2-),HCO_(3)^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),Cl^(-))to study the effects of salt ions on the calcium absorption of tomato,in order to reveal the physiological mechanism of calcium deficiency in tomato in the saline-alkali soil.The results showed that Na^(+)had a significant negative effect on the calcium content in the roots,stems and leaves of tomato,and lower concentration of Na^(+)favored the root to absorb Ca^(2+)from the soil.K^(+)was negatively correlated with calcium content in tomato.However,Mg^(2+)and Ca^(2+)were positively correlated with calcium content in tomato.Among anions,CO_(3)^(2-)was negatively correlated with the calcium content significantly in the roots,stems and leaves of tomato,other anions had no significant effect on calcium content of plants.
