摘  要:以4个玫瑰品种为试材,在营养液中平衡2 d的基础下,采取自然失水的方式进行干旱胁迫,从而筛选出适于宁夏栽培的抗旱性油用玫瑰,以期为宁夏引进优良的抗旱油用玫瑰提供参考依据。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,各玫瑰品种的叶片相对含水量呈逐渐下降的趋势;相对电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性呈逐渐上升的趋势;过氧化物酶活性呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。通过隶属函数分析法得出4种玫瑰的抗旱性顺序依次为"俄罗斯白">"冷香">"丰花1号">"丰花2号"。Four varieties of roses were used as experimental materials.On the basis of nutrient solution balance for 2 days,the whole roots were naturally dehydrated for drought stress,and the leaves of each rose variety was measured every 3 hours.Drought resistant oil roses suitable for cultivation in Ningxia was screened out,in order to provide theoretical and scientific basis for the introduction of excellent drought resistant oil roses in Ningxia.The results showed that with the aggravation of drought stress,the relative water content of leaves of all rose varieties decreased gradually;the relative conductivity,proline,malondialdehyde content and superoxide dismutase activity increased gradually;the activity of peroxidase first increased and then decreased.According to the membership function analysis method,the order of drought resistance of the four roses species was ‘Russian White’>‘Lengxiang’>‘Fenghua 1’>‘Fenghua 2’.
