摘  要:以二年生茅苍术种苗为试材,在人工气候室内模拟SCK(12 h)、S1(10.5 h)、S2(9 h)3个光照时间处理,研究不同光周期对根茎生长期茅苍术种苗生理生化指标及光合参数的影响,以期为茅苍术种苗的栽培和光照管理提供参考依据。结果表明:缩短光周期处理过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量大部分处理时间均高于SCK(12 h),叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)降低,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)升高。综上可知,光照周期的长短直接影响到茅苍术种苗的生理活性,关系到植物生物量的积累,根茎生长期过度缩短光周期可抑制茅苍术的生长发育。The two-year-old Atractylodes lancea seedlings were used as materials, three illumination groups were simulated in the phytotron, SCK(12 hours),S1(10.5 hours) and S2(9 hours).The effects of shortening photoperiod on physiological, biochemical and photosynthetic parameters of Atractylodes lancea were explored, in order to provide a reference for the cultivation and light management of Atractylodes lancea seedlings.The results showed that the CAT activity, POD activity, SOD activity, the contents of proline and soluble protein were higher than those of SCK in short photoperiod treatment group for most of the treatment time.And the chlorophyll content and Pn, Gs decreased and the Ci increased.These results implied that different light period directly affects the physiological activity and biomass accumulation of Atractylodes lancea seedlings.Excessive shortening photoperiod during rhizome growth period can inhibit the growth and development of Atractylodes lancea.
