摘　　要：沙地云杉(Picea mongolica)是内蒙古特有珍稀树种,主要分布于内蒙古白音敖包国家级自然保护区,仅有20 000 hm^(2),是宝贵的生物遗传资源。该研究从沙地云杉独特的分布特征、分类、育苗和种子萌发、体细胞胚胎、群落特征和种内分化、遗传多样性、内生菌、抗性以及其造林技术及防护林配置等方面对沙地云杉国内外的研究状况及最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为进一步开展沙地云杉遗传改良、分子育种、资源保护、合理利用等研究工作提供参考依据。Picea mongolicais a rare and unique species in Inner Mongolia,mainly distributed in Baiyin Aobao National Nature Reserve of Inner Mongolia.It is a precious genetic resource with a total area of just 20 000 hm^(2).This study from the sand spruce unique distribution characteristics,classification,seedling and seed germination,somatic embryo,community characteristics and intraspecific differentiation,genetic diversity,diversity of endophytic bacteria,resistance,and its afforestation techniques and protective configuration of Picea mongolicaresearch status at home and abroad and the latest research progress were reviewed,in order to provide reference for further sand spruce genetic improvement,molecular breeding,resources protection,rational utilization of research work.
