雄性不育三系辣椒新品种‘豫椒18号’的选育

摘　　要：‘豫椒18号’是河南省农业科学院园艺研究所利用胞质雄性不育系PC134A和自交系PC41-29配制而成的三系杂交一代辣椒新品种。该品种早熟,生育期约185 d,果实粗牛角形,果实纵径约20.3 cm,横径约4.1 cm,平均单果质量68 g。维生素C含量136 mg·(100g)^(-1),辣椒素含量0.004 75%,可溶性糖2.36%,蛋白质1.07%。该品种适合于河南省早春保护地栽培。‘Yujiao No.18’ is a new three-line hybrid pepper developed by Institute of Horticulture, Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, using cytoplasmic male sterile line PC134 A and inbred line PC41-29.Early maturity, growth period of 185 days or so, thick horn-shaped fruit, fruit longitudinal diameter of 20.3 cm, diameter of 4.1 cm or so.Average single fruit weight is 68 g.The vitamin C content is 136 mg·(100 g)^(-1),the capsaicine content is 0.004 75%,the soluble sugar content is 2.36% and the protein content is 1.07%.This variety is suitable for early spring protected cultivation in Henan Province.
