摘　　要：建筑信息模型(BIM)的作用已经为业界所广泛认识,并被建设行政主管部门认为是"建筑信息化的最佳解决方案",因而为了使建筑企业能够快速适应这种转变,加大BIM在工程现场的应用,提高工作效率和管理水平。文中重点阐述了建筑信息模型(BIM)在工程应用方面的文献综述。The role of building information model(BIM) has been widely recognized by the industry, and is considered as "the best solution of building informatization" by the construction administrative department. Therefore, in order to adapt to this change quickly, the construction enterprises should increase the application of Bim in the engineering field, and improve the work efficiency and management level. This paper focuses on the literature review of building information model(BIM) in engineering application.
