摘　　要：目的探讨高通量血液透析与普通透析对尿毒症患者瘦素、脂联素水平及微炎症状态的影响。方法选取2019年10月~2020年5月于我院行血液透析治疗的80例患者,随机将其分为高通量血液透析组(HFHD组)和普通血液透析组(HD组),每组各40例。于治疗前、治疗3个月后观察两组血清瘦素(LP)、脂联素(ADPN)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等指标水平。结果治疗3个月后,两组LP较治疗前下降,ADPN较治疗前上升,且HFHD组改变较HD组更明显;HFHD组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α指标水平均较治疗前明显下降,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论高通量血液透析对尿毒症患者能够更好地清除瘦素水平,提高脂联素水平,改善微炎症状态,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of high-flux hemodialysis and ordinary hemodialysis on serum leptin, adiponectin levels and microinflammation in the patients with uremia. Methods 80 patients who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into high-flux hemodialysis group(HFHD group)and ordinary hemodialysis group(HD group), 40 patients in each group. The serum leptin(LP), adiponectin(ADPN), C-reactive protein(CRP), interleukin 6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were observed in the two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, LP decreased and ADPN increased in both groups comparted with those before treatment, and the changes in HFHD group were more obvious than HD group;the levers of CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the HFHD group were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference between the groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis can better clear leptin level, improve adiponectin level and improve microinflammation status, and improve the quality of life of the patients with uremia.
