摘 要:脲醛树脂作为目前应用较为广泛的木材胶黏剂,具有成本低廉,不易老化,原料来源简单,生成工艺成熟等特点,但是产品中游离甲醛的释放易造成环境中甲醛含量超标,给人体的健康带来损害;近年来人们不断的利用添加剂对脲醛树脂胶黏剂进行改性,降低游离甲醛含量,以期得到低毒化的胶黏剂;本文主要对添加剂改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂的研究进行归纳,对其发展进行展望。As a widely used wood adhesive,urea formaldehyde resin has the characteristics of low cost,not easy to aging,common raw material sources and mature production process.However,the release of free formaldehyde in the product is easy to cause excessive formaldehyde content in the environment and damage human health;In recent years,people continue to use additives to modify urea formaldehyde resin adhesive to reduce the content of free formaldehyde in order to obtain low toxicity adhesive;In this paper,the research of additive modified urea formaldehyde resin adhesive is summarized,and its development is prospected.
