摘　　要：挤出机是属于塑料机械,可分为单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机,还有多螺杆挤出机,其基本组件有:螺杆,螺块,筒体,加热冷却单元,温度及压力侦测等元器件组成。它广泛应用在塑料和橡胶产业,由于在生产过程中因为机械设备本身的原因或设计结构的不合理性会影响产品品质,影响设备本体的运行,针对这些原因,本文从实际出发,总结了部分关键操作和检维修的手法,有效的解决或避免产品或设备的异常,可给同业提供帮助或参考。The extruder belongs to plastic machinery,which can be divided into single screw extruder,twin screw extruder and multi screw extruder.Its basic components include:screw,die block,cylinder,heating and cooling unit,temperature and pressure detection and other components.It is widely used in plastic and rubber industries.In the production process,because of the reasons of the mechanical equipment itself or the irrationality of the design structure,it will affect the product quality and the operation of the equipment.For these reasons,this paper summarizes some key operation and maintenance methods from reality,so as to effectively solve or avoid the abnormalities of the product or equipment,which can provide help or reference to the industry.
