摘　　要：随着市场的成熟以及产品的多样化,客户的需求与对产品的要求越来越高,传统的表面摩擦收卷已经无法适应薄膜品种多样性的发展。针对此现状,我们采取了中心加表面的收卷方式,以达到对薄膜收卷更好的控制和相应的工艺需求。本文主要介绍吹膜机上中心加表面收卷的控制技术优势以及调试经验等。With the maturity of the market and the diversification of products,customers'needs and requirements for products are higher and higher.The traditional surface friction winding has been unable to adapt to the development of film variety diversity.In view of this situation,we adopt the winding mode of center plus surface to achieve better control of film winding and corresponding process requirements.This paper mainly introduces the control technology advantages and commissioning experience of center plus surface winding on film blowing machine.
