补中益气汤治疗脑血管病呼吸衰竭患者脱机困难理论探讨

摘　　要：脑血管病属中医“中风”的范畴,常合并呼吸衰竭,进行机械通气时间较长后,不少患者出现脱机困难,其中重要原因是呼吸肌疲劳、无力或废用性萎缩,肺部感染的防控不佳以及全身营养状况差等。补中益气汤补益脾肺之气,能提高呼吸肌肌力,有效地防控肺部感染,改善全身营养状况,促进患者脱机进程,改善患者预后。Cerebrovascular disease belongs to the category of stroke in traditional Chinese medicine,which is often accompanied by respiratory failure.After the treatment of mechanical ventilation for a long time,many patients have diffi culty in weaning,whose main reasons are respiratory muscle fatigue,weakness or disuse atrophy,poor prevention and control of pulmonary infection,and poor nutritional status of the whole body.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can replenish the spleen and lung qi,improve the respiratory muscle strength,effectively prevent and control pulmonary infection,improve the nutritional status of the whole body,promote patients’weaning process,and improve the prognosis of patients.
