仝小林运用生白术、晚蚕砂、神曲治疗腐腻苔经验

摘　　要：腐腻苔是常见的病理舌苔,其临床意义多为脾气亏虚,运化失司,进而产生湿邪、痰浊、食积等病理产物,秽浊之邪上泛所致。脾失健运,气机失调,浊邪凝聚是其主要病机,治疗上以健运脾胃,消导化浊为主要的治法。生白术、晚蚕砂、神曲是仝小林院士临床常用的辨治腐腻苔的靶方,临床各种病证中但见舌苔腐腻者,皆可配伍使用。方中生白术常用剂量为9~90 g,晚蚕砂常用剂量为6~15 g,神曲常用剂量为9~15 g。Greasy and rotten fur,a common pathological one in clinic,is mostly caused by the failure in the spleen’s governing transportation and transformation due to the deficiency of spleen qi,resulting in pathological products such as dampness,phlegm turbidity,food retention,etc.,and the fi lth and turbidity pathogens accumulated on the fur.The main pathogenesis of the disease is the dysfunction of spleen in transportation,qi movement in disorder,the coagulation and aggregation of turbidity pathogens.The main treatment is to invigorate the spleen and stomach,to eliminate the food retention and remove the turbidity.Unprocessed largehead atractylodes rhizome,silk-worm droppings and medicated leaven are the three medicines in a target prescription commonly used by Academician Tong Xiaolin in the clinical diff erentiation and treatment of greasy and rotten fur,which can be used in combination to treat all kinds of clinical diseases with the symptom of greasy and rotten fur.The common dosage of unprocessed largehead atractylodes rhizome is 9-90 g,that of silk-worm droppings 6-15 g,and that of medicated leaven 9-15 g.
