消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹的研究进展

摘　　要：慢性荨麻疹是临床多发的一种过敏性疾病,其病程反复,发作时瘙痒之剧,严重影响患者的工作生活。目前西医多对症治疗,虽能缓解症状,但停药后易反复,且存在服药后嗜睡等不良反应,故探究中医药治疗逐渐成为临床研究的重点。消风散作为中医治疗慢性荨麻疹的常用方剂,本文搜集了应用消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹的文献、医案,从单纯中药法、中药联合针灸、放血、自血疗法四个方面,综述消风散的组方特点、现代药理机制、临床疗效、外治法选穴组方,为临床上应用消风散治疗慢性荨麻疹提供参考。Chronic urticaria is a frequently occurring allergic disease in clinic,whose recurrence and severe itching seriously aff ects the work and life of patients.At present,western medicine mostly focuses on treating its symptoms and can alleviate the symptoms for a while,but the disease is easy to repeat after stopping the medicines,and there are adverse reactions such as lethargy after taking the medicines.Therefore,exploring the treatment of chronic urticaria with traditional Chinese medicine has gradually become the focus of clinical research,among which Xiaofeng San is a commonly used prescription in this aspect.This article collects the literature and medical records about the application of Xiaofeng San for the treatment of chronic urticaria,summarizes its prescription characteristics,modern pharmacological mechanism,clinical effi cacy,and the acupoints selection and prescriptions for its external treatment,anticipating to provide references for its clinical application.
