贵州省瓮安县农村地区社区矫正现状调查分析--以瓮安县Z镇为例

摘　　要：社区矫正是一种犯罪矫正的补充措施,农村基层的社区矫正工作还处于起步阶段,相关制度也不够完善。作者对瓮安县农村地区的社区矫正现状进行了调研,结合社会工作专业知识探讨了该地区社区矫正存在的问题,提出了相关的建议,以期能为农村地区社区矫正提供更简便的工作方法和更完善的管理制度。Community correction is a supplementary measure of crime correction.The rural community correction is still in its infancy,and the relevant system is not perfect.Based on the investigation of the current situation of community correction in rural areas of Weng'an county,combined with the professional knowledge of social work,this paper discusses the existing problems of community correction inWeng'an countyand puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to bring more simple working methods and better management systemfor community correction in rural areas.
