基于河流一维数学模型对地表水功能区纳污能力核定和限排总量的研究

摘　　要：文中以2016年为现状,采用河流一维数学模型对晋中市重要地表水功能区纳污能力进行核定,制定出限排总量控制及削减方案,为水功能区限制纳污红线达标考核工作提供数据支撑。Taking data in 2016 as the research status,this paper uses the river one-dimensional mathematical model to verify the pollutant carrying capacity of important surface water functional areas in the Jinzhong City,formulates the total emission limit control and reduction scheme,which provides data support for the assessment of the pollution carrying capacity limit red line in water functional areas.
