摘 要:SF6因其性能优异而广泛应用于电力工业,当电气设备出现放电故障或过热故障时,SF6气体将不可避免地发生分解。研究SF6分解机理,掌握SF6分解特性,以期提高设备的运维水平。文中从SF6分子解离、特征产物生成路径等方面,总结了SF6气体放电分解机理的相关研究进展,鉴于定性检测方法的局限性,指出结合DFT、ReaxFF等研究方法可厘清SF6的复杂分解过程;重点介绍了开展气体分解特性研究的基本测量与分析方法,包括:气相色谱质谱法、红外吸收光谱法及气敏传感器法等,其中气敏传感器因具备小型化、强响应等优势,是未来SF6气体绝缘装备内置传感、在线监测的重要发展方向;介绍了SF6分解特性研究由定性评判发展到定量分析的历程,总结了基于分解特性分析的气体绝缘设备故障诊断研究进展,其中以特征气体浓度比值法、产物分析与传统局放检测结合的方法最具代表性,但这些方法尚需完善,需要提出量化标准以在电力系统装备运维中推广应用。SF6 gas is used widely in power industry due to its excellent performance.In case of discharge or overheating failure,SF6 gas will inevitably decompose.The decomposition mechanism of SF6 is studied and the decompo⁃sition feature of the SF6 is mastered so to improve the operation and maintenance level of the equipment.In this paper,the related research progress of SF6 gas discharge decomposition mechanism is summarized from such fields as SF6 molecular dissociation and characteristic product generation path.In view of the limitation of qualitative detection methods,it is pointed out that the research methods such as DFT,ReaxFF can clarify the complex decomposition process of SF6.The basic measurement and analysis methods for the research of gas decomposition characteristics,including gas chromatography mass spectrometry,infrared absorption spectroscopy and gas sensor method,are emphasized.Among them,gas sensor is the important development direction of in⁃built sensing and on line monitoring of SF6 gas insulated equipment in the future due to its such advantages as smart and strong response.The pro⁃cess of the research of SF6 decomposition characteristic from qualitative evaluation to quantitative analysis is intro⁃duced.The research progress on fault diagnosis of gas insulation equipment based on decomposition characteristics analysis is summarized,in which the characteristic gas concentration ratio method and the method of combination of product analysis and traditional partial discharge detection method are the most representative methods.However,these methods still need to be improved and quantitative standards need to be proposed to promote the applicationin the operation and maintenance of power system equipment.
