摘 要:试验探究复合微生物添加剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。选取体重接近、健康的"杜×长×大"35日龄断奶仔猪120头,随机平均分为5组。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+0.5%复合微生物添加剂A,试验2组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+1.0%复合微生物添加剂A,试验3组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+0.5%复合微生物添加剂B,试验4组仔猪饲喂基础日粮+1.0%复合微生物添加剂B。预试期5 d,试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2、3和4组仔猪日均增重、血清葡萄糖、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量及碱性磷酸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验3和4组仔猪腹泻率、尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),白蛋白、球蛋白和免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合微生物添加剂可以提高断奶仔猪生长性能,调节生化指标,改善免疫功能;添加1.0%复合微生物添加剂B效果最好。The experiment was to study the effect of compound microbial additives on growth performance,serum biochemical index and immune function of weaned piglets.A total of 120 healthy 35-day-old’Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’weaned piglets with similar body weight were selected and divided into five groups.The piglets in control group were fed with basal diet,the piglets in test group 1 were fed with basal diet+0.5%compound microbial additive A,the piglets in test group 2 were fed with basal diet+1.0%compound microbial additive A,the piglets in test group 3 were fed with basal diet+0.5%compound microbial additive B,and the piglets in test group 4 were fed with basal diet+1.0%compound microbial additive B.The pretrial lasted for 5 d,and the trial lasted for 30 d.The results showed that the levels of daily gain,serum glucose,alkaline phosphatase,IgA and IgG in test group 2,3 and 4 were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the diarrhea rate and urea nitrogen content in test group 3 and 4 were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of albumin,globulin and IgM were significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding compound microbial additive in the feed improves the growth performance and immune function,regulates biochemical indexes of weaned piglets.Adding 1.0%compound microbial additive B has the best effect.
