发酵杂交构树对肉鸡生长性能及养分表观消化率的影响

摘　　要：试验研究发酵杂交构树替代部分豆粕和麸皮对肉鸡生长性能及养分表观消化率的影响。选取200只体重相近、体况健康的6月龄肉杂鸡,随机分为4个组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。A组(对照组)肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D组分别饲喂使用3%、6%、9%的发酵杂交构树替代2%、4%、6%豆粕和1%、2%、3%麸皮的日粮,预试期10 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,随着发酵杂交构树添加量的增多,肉鸡平均日采食量、平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05);粪污排放量先升高后降低(P<0.05);粗蛋白(CP)表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和钙(Ca)表观消化率先降低后升高(P<0.05),磷(P)表观消化率先升高后降低(P<0.05),粗纤维(CF)表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵杂交构树可以在肉鸡日粮中应用,但添加比例不宜超过3%。The experiment studied the effect of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera replacing protein feed and bran on the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of broilers.2006-month-old broilers with similar body weight and healthy body condition were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and ten broilers in each replicate.The broilers in group A(control group)were fed with basic diet.Group B,C and D,which were fed the diet of 2%,4%,6%soybean meal and 1%,2%,3%bran were replaced by 3%,6%,9%fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera feed,respectively.The pre-test period lasted for 10 d,and the trial period lasted for 30 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,with the increase of fermented hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera feed,the average feed intake and average daily gain of broilers were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the fecal discharge increased first and then decreased(P<0.05),CP digestibility was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the digestibility of ADF and Ca first decreased and then increased(P<0.05),the digestibility of P first increased and then decreased(P<0.05),the digestibility of CF significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that fermented hybrid mulberry feed can be used in broiler diets,but the add ratio should be less than 3%.
