摘 要:试验研究去皮豆粕替代部分鱼粉对凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长性能及体组成的影响。选取630尾、体重(1.18±0.01) g的凡纳滨对虾幼虾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾。去皮豆粕替代0 (对照组)、14%、28%、42%、56%和70%的鱼粉,配制6种等氮和等能量试验日粮。试验期10 w。结果显示,各处理组凡纳滨对虾成活率均在90%以上。对照组对虾的增重率和特定生长率最高。与对照组相比,当替代水平达到或超过56%时,对虾的增重率和特定生长率显著降低(P<0.05)。14%鱼粉替代组对虾的饲料系数最低,56%和70%鱼粉替代组对虾的饲料系数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。14%鱼粉替代组获得最高水平蛋白质效率,而70%鱼粉替代组对虾的蛋白质效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。70%鱼粉替代组对虾体组织肌肉粗蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。各处理组对虾的体组织水分、粗脂肪、粗灰分含量、氨基酸组成无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,以生长性能、饲料系数和蛋白质效率为评价指标,凡纳滨对虾配合饲料中去皮豆粕替代等量鱼粉蛋白的最适添加量为28%。The experiment studied the effect of dehulled soybean meal instead of fish meal on growth,survival and body composition of Pacific white shrimp(Litopenaeus vannamei).630 juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei with weight(1.18±0.01)g were selected and randomly divided into six groups,with three replicates in each group and 35 Litopenaeus vannamei in each replicate.Six isonitrogenous and isolipdic experimental diets were formulated by replacing 0(control),14%,28%,42%,56%and 70%fish meal with dehulled soybean meal.The experimental lasted for 10 w.The results showed that the survival rate of Litopenaeus vannamei in all treatment groups was more than 90%.The WGR and SGR were highest in the control group.Compared with the control group,when the replacement level was equal to or higher than 56%,the weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)were reduced significantly(P<0.05).The FCR of the 14%fish meal replacement group was the lowest,and the FCR of the 56%and 70%fish meal replacement group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).PER was highest in 14%fish meal replacement group,and the PER of 70%fish meal replacement group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The crude protein content in muscle of body tissue of Litopenaeus vannamei in 70%fish meal replacement group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the contents of water,crude lipid,ash and amino acids in body tissues among all treatment groups(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that taking growth,FCR and PER as evaluation indexes,the optimal supplement amount of dehulled soybean meal to replace the same amount of fish meal protein in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei was 28%.
