黑沙蒿水提物对小白鼠体重、肝功能和肾功能指标的影响

摘　　要：试验研究黑沙蒿水提物(water extract of Artemisia ordosica,WEAO)对小白鼠体重、肝功能和肾功能指标的影响。试验中急性毒理试验使用灌胃针一次性给小鼠灌服最大剂量6 g/kg BW WEAO,慢性毒理试验一次性灌胃0.5、1.0和2.0 g/kg BW WEAO。结果显示,在急性毒理试验中,灌胃最大剂量的黑沙蒿水提物未对小白鼠造成不良反应。与对照组相比,各剂量组小白鼠采食、饮水和活泼程度无明显区别,未出现死亡情况;在慢性毒理试验中,小白鼠末重、肝、脾和肾脏器官指数无明显变化,且血清中谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及总胆红素、总蛋白和白蛋白含量未随黑沙蒿水提物剂量的增加呈明显依赖效应。此外,小白鼠血清中肌酐浓度未出现明显变化规律,而尿素浓度呈明显的一次线性或二次曲线降低效应(P<0.01)。研究表明,黑沙蒿水提物是一种无毒性物质,且一次性给小白鼠灌胃黑沙蒿水提物不影响肝功能和肾功能的生理指标,对肝、脾和肾脏器官发育无不良影响。The experiment studied the effect of water extract of Artemisia ordosica on body weight,liver function and kidney function indexes of mice.In the acute toxicology experiment,mice were given the maximum dose of 6 g/kg BW WEAO by gavage with a one-time gavage needle 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 g/kg BW WEAO.The results showed that in the acute toxicological experiment,the maximum dose of water extract of Artemisia ordosica did not cause adverse reactions to mice;there was no significant difference in the intake.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in eating,drinking and activity levels of the mice in each dose group,no deaths occurred.In the chronic toxicology experiment,the mice’s terminal weight,liver,spleen and kidney organ indexes did not change significantly.The activity or content of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,total bilirubin,total protein and albumin in serum did not show a significant dependent effect with the increase of water extract of Artemisia ordosica dose.In addition,the concentration of creatinine in the serum of the mice did not change significantly,while the concentration of urea showed an obvious linear or quadratic reduction effect(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that water extract of Artemisia ordosica was a non-toxic substance and once given to mice by gavage,water extract of Artemisia ordosica did not affect the physiological indexes of liver function and kidney function,and has no adverse effect on the development of liver,spleen and kidney organs.
