摘 要:试验分析广西4种常规粗饲料(构树枝叶、甘蔗尾叶、桑枝叶和玉米秸秆)微贮组与自然青贮组体外干物质消化率、总能消化率以及酶水解物能值。试验采用单因素完全随机设计,使用单胃动物仿生消化系统(SDS-Ⅲ)模拟青贮饲料在鸡胃肠道的消化过程,分析4种粗饲料微贮组与自然青贮组在体外模拟消化阶段的干物质消化率、总能消化率和酶水解物能值的差异。结果显示,与自然发酵组相比,4种微贮组的粗蛋白含量均升高,微贮组粗蛋白含量:构树枝叶>桑枝叶>甘蔗尾叶>玉米秸秆;中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量:甘蔗尾叶>玉米秸秆>桑枝叶>构树枝叶。与自然发酵组相比,4种粗饲料微贮组的能量消化率分别提高2.7%、40.62%、11.32%和25.8%,酶水解物能值分别提高2.4%、42.76%、35.33%和30.8%。除构树枝叶组干物质消化率微贮组略低于自然发酵组,其他3组干物质消化率均提高。研究表明,添加微生物制剂发酵粗饲料可以改善青贮品质,提高能量消化率和酶水解能值。The experiment analyzed the in vitro dry matter digestibility,total energy digestibility and enzymatic hydrolysate energy value of four kinds of conventional roughages of micro-storage group and natural silage group in Guangxi(branches and leaves of plantation paper,sugarcane tops,mulberry leaves,cornstalk).The experiment adopted a single factor and completely random design,used a monogastric animal bionic digestive system(SDS-Ⅲ)to simulate the digestion process of silage in the gastrointestinal tract of chickens,and analyzed in vitro dry matter digestibility,gross energy digestibility and difference in energy value of enzyme hydrolysate.The results showed that compared with separately silage group,the protein content in microbial silage group:branches and leaves of plantation paper>mulberry leaves>sugarcane tops>cornstalk,the NDF and ADF content:sugarcane tops>cornstalk>mulberry leaves>branches and leaves of plantation paper.Compared with separately silage group,energy digestibility of four microbial silage were increased by 2.7%,40.62%,11.32%and 25.8%,and enzyme hydrolysate energy value were increased by 2.4%,42.76%,35.33%and 30.8%.The dry matter digestibility of the dewberry branches and leaves of plantation paper microbial silage group was lower than separately silage group,the other microbial silage groups were increased.The experiment indicates that adding microbial agents to ferment roughage can improve the quality of silage,improve the gross energy digestibility and enzymatic hydrolysate gross energy of four silage.
