免润滑脱离式核主泵飞轮动力学特性研究

摘  要:现有核反应堆冷却剂主循环泵(核主泵)飞轮系统无超速保护功能,在极限冷却剂丧失事故(LOCA:Lost of Coolant Accident)工况下存在飞轮破裂损伤主设备的隐患,进而威胁整个核岛安全。为消除隐患保障核岛安全运行,根据第三代核电技术的要求,首先采用过盈配合传递扭矩的方式,设计出满足惰转惯量要求的脱离式飞轮结构,摩擦副选用自润滑性能的陶瓷球与PEEK材料,达到免润滑目的。然后根据飞轮本体与轴套之间的非线性接触理论,采用仿真方法分析了过盈量随转速变化特性,给出了脱离速度。同时分析了飞轮危险点应力应变随转速变化特性,给出了脱离速度下的危险点应力。最后对设计完成的工程样机进行了台架实验,获得了飞轮本体实现脱离的速度以及飞轮危险点应力应变随转速变化的特征曲线。结果表明理论计算、仿真分析与实验结果基本一致,进而为飞轮产品的设计与制造提供了可靠地技术与方法。At present,the flywheel system of nuclear reactor coolant main circulating pump(nuclear main pump)has no overspeed protection function.In the case of LOCA(Lost of Coolant Accident),the main equipment may be damaged caused by flywheel crack,and then,the security of the entire nuclear island is will be threated.According to the requirements of the third generation nuclear power technology,there must be four steps to ensure the safe operation of nuclear island.Firstly,the fall-off flywheel structure is designed by the method of torque in interference fit state,moreover this structure must meet coastdown inertia requirements,friction pairs is selected for self-lubricating Ceramic balls and PEEK materials to achieve the purpose of non-lubrication.Secondly,according to the non-linear contact theory between flywheel body and axle sleeve,the characteristics of shrink range the detachment speed are analyzed by simulation method in various speed.Thirdly,the property of stress and strain of flywheel dangerous point is analyzed at different speed,then the stress of dangerous point at detachment speed is calculated.Finally,through bench testing of the designed engineering prototype,the characteristic curves of stress and strain within various speed is acquired,the actual engineering detachment speed is computed at the same time.Theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and experimental results are basically coincident;this study provides a reliable technology and method for the design and manufacture of flywheel products.
