摘 要:航空发动机中的微小燃油喷嘴在机加工后棱边产生毛刺和飞边等表面缺陷,尤其是一些窄小的棱边和沟槽,用传统加工方法很难去除或去除效率低下。利用旋转电磁场磁力研磨工艺,辅以磁针与磁性磨粒的混合磨料。均匀且强大的旋转电磁场及磁力线可以穿透物体,带动磁针旋转,同时被磁场磁化的磁针两端吸附磁性磨粒,形成以磁针为载体的磁力研磨刷,大量磁力研磨刷与喷嘴产生相对运动而形成随机频繁的相互撞击、滑擦,达到抛光喷嘴表面和去毛刺的目的。通过3D超景深电镜观察了研磨前后喷嘴表面微观形貌。试验结果表明:利用混合磨料能够有效地去除喷嘴微小表面区域和沟槽的毛刺、飞边等缺陷,使表面形貌得到改善。For the surface defects such as burrs and flash produced after machining tiny fuel nozzle in aero-engine,it is difficult to remove by using traditional machining method.A new magnetic force polishing process is put forward by using rotating electromagnetic field supplemented by needles and magnetic mixed abrasive.Magnetic needles will be forced to rotate continually and mass magnetic abrasive particles are adsorbed on both ends of the needle magnetized by magnetic field,which forms a magnetic grinding brush.Under the rotation of the magnetic needles,the relative motion between the tiny nozzles and the magnetic grinding brushes takes place,which results random and frequent impact and scrape.At last the polishing and deburring of surface on the nozzles can be achieved.The nozzle surface micro-topography before and after polishing was observed through 3d super depth of field electron microscope.The result shows that using rotating electromagnetic field polishing process based on mixed abrasives with needles can effectively remove the defects such as the burrs and flash of tiny nozzle on the micro surface edges and grooves,and improve the surface morphology.
