摘 要:搅拌装置是稳定土振动搅拌机的关键部件,其振动特性对整机的搅拌质量和效率至关重要。以某公司生产的型号600t/h稳定土振动搅拌机为研究对象,通过三维建模软件Creo建立了搅拌装置的实体模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行了模态分析,获取了搅拌装置的前五阶固有频率和振型。然后对搅拌装置进行了瞬态分析,得到了不同激振频率和振幅对搅拌装置上位移幅值的影响。最后对稳定土振动搅拌机搅拌装置进行了振动试验与分析,并与仿真数据进行了对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。为搅拌装置的优化设计和搅拌机振动参数的选取提供了理论依据。The mixing device is the key component of stabilized soil vibratory mixer,and its vibration characteristics are crucial to the mixing quality and efficiency of the whole mixer.Taking the 600t/h stabilized soil vibratory mixer produced by a company as the research object,the solid model of the mixer is established by the three-dimensional modeling software Creo.The first five natural frequencies and modes of the mixer were obtained by modal analysis using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Then the transient analysis of the mixing device is carried out,and the influence of different excitation frequencies and amplitudes on the displacement amplitude of the mixing device is obtained.Finally,the vibration test and analysis of the mixing device of the stabilized soil vibratory mixer are carried out,and the results are compared with the simulation data to verify the correctness of the finite element model.That provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of mixer and the selection of vibration parameters of mixer.
