摘 要:电磁式磁力滚压是一种将电磁技术和滚压技术结合的新技术用以提高长圆不锈钢管内表面质量。电磁式磁力滚压加工系统的启动是影响加工效率和加工效果的主要因素之一。通过对电磁式磁力滚压加工启动过程进行理论分析确定出系统启动需要满足的条件;利用Ansoft对启动过程进行仿真,得到不同启动频率下长圆不锈钢管磁力滚压启动参数;搭建试验平台进行磁力滚压加工启动试验,得到不同启动频率下磁力滚压加工系统启动瞬时最高温度及启动后稳定运行的温度数据。结果表明:在满足启动力学和热学条件的情况下,电磁式磁力滚压加工系统能启动的频率范围为(4~9)Hz,系统启动并稳定运行的最佳频率为9Hz,启动时间为1.2s,提高了启动效率并为持续加工奠定了基础。Electromagnetic magnetic rolling is a new technology that combines electromagnetic technology and rolling technology to improve the quality of the inner surface of long stainless steel tubes.The start of the system directly affects the machining efficiency and effect.System needs to meet conditions through the theoretical analysis of the electromagnetic magnetic rolling startup process.The starting process is simulated by Ansoft to get the starting parameters of system.The test platform was built to do the system start test and the instantaneous maximum and the stable operation temperature after starting at different starting frequencies were obtained.The results show that the electromagnetic magnetic rolling system can start at a frequency range of(4~9)Hz under the conditions of starting mechanics and thermal conditions.The optimal frequency for the system to start and stabilize is 9Hz and its startup time is 1.2s which improves the startup efficiency and lays the foundation for continuous processing.
