摘  要:为了检验CDZ350型钻杆吊卡吊耳的性能,确保在出厂试压后的正常工作的安全性,吊耳不发生塑性挤出等塑性破坏,对CDZ350型吊卡吊耳进行了两次加载-卸载的有限元弹塑性分析和贴片试验验证。结果表明:在1.5倍额定载荷下,吊耳次表面最大应力为1087MPa,发生塑性变形,材料硬化但不会发生塑性破坏;两次卸载后残余应力分布相近,吊耳内部残余应力稳定;二次加载后最大应力为1005.6MPa,接触为全弹性,残余应力减小了内部的应力,起到了保护作用;贴片实验结果和有限元结果相近,最大误差为7.5%,且塑性区主要集中在接触区附近,验证了有限元分析的正确性。In order to test the performance of CDZ350 drill pipe elevator lifting lugs and ensure the safety of normal operation after pressure test in factory without plastic extrusion or other plastic damage in normal use,FEM elastoplastic analysis and strain gauge experiment were carried out in twice loading-unloading progress.The results show that under the 1.5 times rated load,the maximum stress on the subsurface of the lifting lug is 1087MPa and plastic deformation occurs while material is intensified with no plastic failure;the residual stress distribution after the two unloading is similar,which means the residual stress inside the lifting lug is stable;the maximum stress after the second time unloading is 1005.6MPa,which means the contact is fully elastic and the residual stress reduces the internal stress and plays a protective role;The experimental results are similar to those of the finite element method while the maximum error is 7.5%.The plastic zone is mainly near the contact zone,which verifies the correctness of the finite element analysis.
