摘  要:以一款新型混合动力重卡为研究对象,研究其行星传动系统处于高速状态下的振动噪声情况以及各动力源动态响应特性。文中基于Romax软件建立了行星传动系统中的轴、轴承和齿轮组模型,并经过装配得到行星传动系统的三维模型。在车辆处于高速挡时,分析了由行星排传递误差激励下引起的行星传动系统的啸叫噪声,该过程有利于行星传动系统的结构优化。最后,研究了该系统在发动机、电机转矩波动激励下的动态响应特性,为新款混合动力重卡的多动力源动态协调控制奠定基础。Taking a new type of hybrid heavy truck as the research object,the vibration and noise of the planetary transmission system operating at high speed,and the dynamic response characteristics of each power source are studied.Based on the Romax software,the shaft,bearing and gear set models of the planetary transmission system are built,and the three-dimensional model of the planetary transmission system is obtained through assembly.When the vehicle is in high gear,the howling noise of the planetary transmission system caused by the transmission error of the planet row is analyzed.This process is conducive to the structural optimization of the planetary transmission system.Finally,the dynamic response characteristics of the system under the torque fluctuation excitation of engine and motor are analyzed,which lays the foundation for the dynamic coordinated control of multiple power sources of the new hybrid heavy truck.
