摘  要:为探究某乘用车后桥搅油功率损失,基于VOF(Volume of Fluid)两相流模型及RNG k-ε湍流模型,建立了包括被动锥齿轮及差速器壳等旋转部件的后桥三维数值模型。研究齿轮转速、温度及螺栓结构对后桥内部的瞬态流场分布、动压力分布及搅油功率损失的影响规律。据此提出将螺栓连接齿轮改为沉头螺栓齿轮的结构优化方案,并通过台架效率试验验证数值模拟及结构优化的正确性。研究结果表明:搅油功率损失随转速的增加而急剧增大、随温度的增加而减小,其中转速的影响较大;螺栓导致流场紊乱,导致额外的搅油功率;结构优化后能有效降低搅油功率损失,使得后桥传动效率约提高(1~1.1)%。In order to explore the churning power losses of the passenger car rear axle,a three-dimensional numerical model of the rear axle including passive bevel gear and the differential housing is built,based on the VOF(Volume of Fluid)two-phase flow model and the RNG k-εturbulence model.With the model,the influence law of speed,temperature and bolt structure on the transient flow field distribution,the dynamic pressure distribution and the churning power losses in the interior of the rear axle is obtained.On this basis,a structural optimization scheme of changing the bolted connection gear to the countersunk bolt gear is proposed.Through the bench efficiency experiment,the correctness of the numerical simulation and the structure optimization are verified.The research shows that:The churning power losses increases rapidly with the increase of speed and decreases with the increase of temperature,and the speed has a greater impact;The bolt causes the flow field to be disordered,resulting in the additional churning power;The optimized structure can reduce the churning power losses effectively,and the transmission efficiency is increased by(1~1.1)%.
