摘 要:某铅锌矿采用的是传统的石灰高碱工艺(矿浆pH值11.5以上)生产,铅精矿中伴生银的回收率不高。为了提高银的回收率,进行了低碱度选铅(矿浆pH值7~8之间)试验研究。闭路结果表明,抑制剂BK506可替代石灰,实现低碱度选铅,铅精矿中伴生银的回收率提高了4.18%。该工艺可实现低碱度条件下选铅,提高伴生银的回收率。The traditional lime process at high basicity(pulp pH>11.5)was adopted in certain Pb-Zn ore,and the recovery rate of associated silver in lead concentrate is not high.In order to improve the recovery rate of associated silver,the experimental study on lead flotation at low basicity(pulp pH 7~8)was carried out.The locked-circuit test results show that BK506 can be used to replace lime to achieve lead flotation at low basicity,and the recovery rate of associated silver in lead concentrate is increased by 4.18%.The process can be used to achieve lead flotation at low basicity and improve the recovery rate of associated silver.
