摘 要:通过全程超声波辅助以还原氧化石墨烯(RGO)为基底,以聚苯胺纳米纤维(PANI nanofibers)为附着层制备了聚苯胺纳米纤维/还原氧化石墨烯(PANI nanofibers/RGO)复合吸波材料。发现全程超声波辅助和原料加入次序是制备PANI nanofibers/RGO的关键。采用FTIR、XRD、TEM和电磁参数分析等方法研究了PANI nanofibers/RGO的形貌结构、形成过程与吸波性能。结果表明,在频率为14.6 GHz时,PANI nanofibers/RGO的反射损耗(RL)为-17.1 dB,在-10.0 dB以下的频率范围为10.0 GHz-16.4 GHz。此外,相比较于PANI nanofibers-RGO(PANI nanofibers与RGO的机械混合),和amorphous PANI/RGO(在RGO表面原位生长无定形的PANI)材料来说,PANI nanofibers/RGO具有吸波频带宽、RL高等优点,是一种有潜在应用前景的微波吸收剂。Polyaniline nanofibers(PANI nanofibers)were grown on the surface of reduced graphene oxide(RGO)by ultrasonic assisted in-situ polymerization to prepare PANI Nanofibers/RGO composite absorbing materials.In situ growth of polyaniline nanofibers on the surface of reduced graphene oxide was realized by controlling the addition order of different raw materials and ultrasonic assistance.The morphology,formation process and microwave absorbing properties of PANI Nanofibers/RGO were studied by FTIR,XRD,TEM and electromagnetic parameter analysis.The results show that when the frequency is 14.6 GHz,the maximum theoretical reflection loss(RL)of PANI Nanofibers/RGO is-17.1 dB,and the frequency range below-10.0 dB is 10.0 GHz-16.4 GHz.In addition,compared with PANI nanofibers-RGO and amorphous PANI/RGO,the PANI Nanofibers/RGO has the advantages of wide microwave absorption band and high RL,which is a potential microwave absorber.
