摘  要:市场上可供选择的耐磨带材料不多,国内最早使用的碳化钨粉末材料由于磨损套管等危害已经逐步被淘汰。目前国际上公认的是美国安科公司生产的焊丝综合抗磨性能最好,国内由于安科焊丝价格昂贵也积极研发替代产品,比如海隆的博腾系列、北京固本的D系列、还有固邦等型号的研究都取得了不错的效果,一定程度上满足了国内用户的需要。在深井、超深井、水平井、大位移井越来越多的情况下,钻杆耐磨带的使用将会普及,作为钻杆生产厂家有必要对现阶段的耐磨带技术进行梳理总结,对比不同材料耐磨带的适用性和焊接时对钻杆接头基体的影响。There are not many wear-resistant belt materials available on the market and the earliest used tungsten carbide powder materials has been eliminated gradually because of casing wear.At present,it is internationally recognized that the welding wire produced by Arnco(USA)has the best comprehensive anti-wear performance.Because of its high price,some domestic companies also actively develop alternative products and achieve good results,such as HILONG's Boteng series,Beijing Guben's D series and Gubang,to meet the demands of the domestic users in certain extent.With more and more deep wells,ultra-deep wells,horizontal wells,and extended reach wells,the use of drill pipe wear belt will be popularized.As a drill pipe manufacturer,it is necessary to summarize the current wear-resistant belt technology,compare the applicability of wear-resistant belts made of different materials and the influence of welding on drill pipe joint matrix.
