摘 要:为提高低渗砂岩气藏水平井分段压裂效果,考虑气藏水平井压裂位置优选和裂缝参数多因素间的干扰,提出水平井分段压裂裂缝位置优选流程,水平井段裂缝位置的优选采用基于网格数据的优势生产潜力,而裂缝参数的优化则利用响应面多因素试验设计。通过X气藏A水平井实例应用,明确该井的优势生产潜力位于水平井根部和趾部,在压裂裂缝条数固定的情况下,建议A水平井在根部和趾部多补缝,中间少补缝。同时,在考虑裂缝位置优选和多目标参数优化的情况下,设计了14段33簇的压裂段数。模拟结果表明,定产绝对无阻流量为25.620×10^(4) m^(3),比现场实际试气结果23.033×10^(4) m^(3)高2.587×10^(4) m^(3)。研究结果为低渗砂岩气藏水平井分段压裂设计提供了一种新的优化思路。In order to improve the staged fracturing effect of horizontal wells in low-permeability sandstone gas reservoirs,considering the optimization of fracturing location of horizontal wells and the interference among fracture parameters,the optimization process of staged fracturing fracture location of horizontal wells is proposed.Specifically,the determination of fracture location is based on the dominant production potential of grid data,and the optimization of fracture parameters is based on multi factor experimental design of response surface.Through the application of a horizontal well in X gas reservoir,it is clear that the dominant production potential area of this well is located at the root and toe of the well.Therefore,when fixed numbers of fractures,it is suggested to initiate more fractures at the root and toe of horizontal well A and less fractures in the middle.At the same time,considering the selection of fracture location and optimization of multi-objective parameters,fractures with 14 stages and 33 clusters was designed.The simulation results show that the absolute open flow is 25.620×10^(4) m^(3),which is 2.587×10^(4) m^(3) higher than the actual gas test result of 23.033×10^(4) m^(3).The research results provide a new optimization idea for the staged fracturing design of horizontal wells in low-permeability sandstone gas reservoirs.
