摘 要:介绍了后板簧座铸件的结构及技术要求,针对采用垂直造型线生产的球墨铸铁后板簧座铸件出现的变形和硬度偏高问题,进行了原因分析,通过在两侧板中间增设加强筋、延长浇注后开箱时间,解决了铸件变形及硬度偏高问题。最后指出:(1)在生产壁厚差异较大的铸件时,工艺设计应充分考虑应力变形对铸件尺寸的影响,合理增设反变形量或增加筋条防止变形;(2)对于结构相对厚大的铸件,浇注后要有足够长的冷却时间,适当延长开箱时间,防止铸件硬度偏高。The structure and technical requirements of the rear leaf spring seat castings were introduced.Aiming at the deformation and exceeding hardness of the nodular iron rear leaf spring seat castings produced by the vertical molding line,the cause analysis was carried out.By adding reinforcing ribs and prolonging the unpacking time after pouring,the problems of deformation and exceeding hardness of castings were solved.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)When producing castings with large wall thickness differences,the process design should fully consider the impact of stress and deformation on the size of the casting,and reasonably increase the amount of anti-deformation or increase the ribs to prevent deformation.(2)For relatively thick structures on large castings,there should be a long enough cooling time after pouring,and the unpacking time should be extended appropriately to prevent the casting from exceeding hardness.
