摘  要:通过试验研究确定了呋喃树脂残留抗压强度试样的制备方法,并取少量呋喃树脂进行热重-质谱联用检测,得出DTG曲线和MS曲线,进而研究温度对呋喃树脂残留抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:呋喃树脂固化过程的剧烈热效应是其难以制样的原因,可以采用冰水冷却处理的方法对其进行制样;在不同温度下测量呋喃树脂的残留强度,发现呋喃树脂的残留抗压强度在200℃后急剧下降,然而由于树脂发生焦化,到700℃后其残留抗压强度又开始小幅上升。The preparation method of residual compressive strength sample of furan resin was determined by experimental investigation,and a small amount of furan resin for thermal weight-mass spectrometry joint detection to obtain DTG and MS curves,then the influence law of temperature on the residual compressive strength of furan resin was investigated.The results showed:the intense heat effect of furan resin curing process was the reason of its difficult sample preparing,its sample could be prepared by ice water cooling process.By measuring residual strength of furan resin at different temperatures,it was found that residual compressive strength of furan resin decreased sharply after 200℃,however,due to the coking of the resin,its residual compressive strength began to rise slightly after 700℃.
