摘  要:介绍了湿型旧砂的湿法再生流程和再生砂性能指标相对于原砂的变化,试验研究了再生砂加入比例对砂芯强度的影响、湿法再生砂的抗潮性以及配比砂和原砂制样上涂料前后强度变化,最后指出:(1)湿法再生砂和原砂混配制芯,随着再生砂比例增加,样块的3 h强度降低;(2)配比砂制样涂料后强度降低幅度较原砂大,湿法再生砂的抗潮性较原砂差;(3)湿型再生砂与原砂按6:4配比生产制芯,制芯过程稳定正常,对应铸件质量满足生产要求。The regeneration flow of used green sand and the changes of properties specifications of reclaimed sand compared with raw sand were introduced,the effect of recycled sand adding ratio on the strength of sand core,wet resistance of wet regenerated sand and,as well as,the strength change of the mixed sand and raw sand before and after coating were investigated.Finally it was pointed out:(1)When using wet-regenerated sand and raw sand mixed sand to make core,with the regenerated sand ratio increase,the 3 h strength of specimen was decreasing.(2)The strength decreasing scope of mixed sand specimen was bigger compared with raw sand specimen,the wet resistance of wet regenerated sand was lower than raw sand.(3)When mixing regenerated sand and raw sand on 6:4 ratio to produce sand core,the core making process stable and normal,the casting quality requirements were met.
