摘  要:介绍了脱硫泵蜗壳的铸件结构,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用V法铸造(负压铸造)+实型铸造工艺,用树脂砂制作砂芯,用消失模实型铸出各种孔洞;采用陶瓷浇道和蜂窝状过滤片,对紊乱铁液进行整流过滤,净化铁液,平稳充型;法兰后设置2处冒口,并在蜗壳铸件顶部设置4个明冒口对铸件进行补缩;在蜗壳底脚、隔舌处设置外冷铁,以消除缩松。利用CASTsoft软件对蜗壳工艺进行模拟分析,调整优化各种工艺参数,严格控制生产过程关键节点,实现了脱硫泵蜗壳的量化生产。The casting structure of desulphurization pump volute case was introduced,its production process was described in detail:adopted vacuum casting+full mold casting process,used resin sand to make cores,used lost foam full mold to cast all holes,used ceramic gating runner and cellular filter to rectify the filtration of the disordered iron fluid,clean the iron liquid,stably fill the mold,set riser at 2 locations,and set 4 open risers at the top of the casting to feed the casting,set chills at bottom end of the casting and intertongue to eliminate shrinkage porosity.CASTsoft software was used to simulate the casting method of volute case,adjusted and optimized various method parameters,strictly controlled the key nodes of the production process,and as the result,the quantitative production of the desulfurization pump volute case was realized.
