摘  要:为了满足电动汽车小功率电机测试系统的实验研究需求,对小功率电机的测试平台进行了研究与开发。根据测试需求进行了总体方案的设计,从理论上分析了该电机测试实验方案的可行性。开发了永磁同步电机测试平台,基于LABVIEW环境编写了上位机软件,可实现实验过程的数据采集、处理和存储以及电机运行状态的实时监控。实际应用结果表明,所研发的小功率电机测试平台可以实现良好的恒转矩与恒转速控制功能,控制精度达到0.1%,满足实验需求,为研究电动汽车小功率电机的应用提供了较好的实验研究环境。In order to meet the experimental research needs of the test system for low-power motor of electric vehicle,the test platform for low-power motor was studied and developed.According to the test requirements,the overall scheme was designed,and the feasibility of the motor test experiment scheme was analyzed theoretically.The test platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor was developed.The upper computer software was written based on the environment of LABVIEW.The data acquisition,processing and storage in the experiment process and the real-time monitoring of the motor running state could be realized.The practical application results show that the developed test platform for low-power motor can achieve good functions of constant torque and speed control,and the control accuracy reaches 0.1%,which meets the experimental requirements,and provides a good experimental research environment for the application of low-power motor in electric vehicles.
